HJS Insurance Celebrates 10 Years of Trust, Growth and Human-Centred Insurance in Cyprus
On 8 October 2026, HJS Insurance celebrated its tenth anniversary together with clients, business partners, insurance industry representatives, colleagues and friends at its office building - Labs Tower Nicosia, Cyprus.
The event marked an important milestone in our journey and gave us an opportunity to express our appreciation to everyone who has trusted and supported us throughout the past decade.
We were also honoured to welcome Mr Philokypros Roussounides, Secretary General of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who delivered a welcoming address during the event.
A journey spanning more than four decades
HJS Insurance was founded in October 2016 by Andreas Hadjisofocleous, continuing a family journey in the insurance industry that began more than four decades earlier with his father, Nicolas Hadjisofocleous.
Built on the values of personal service and trusted client relationships, HJS Insurance has evolved into a modern insurance agency that now serves hundreds of individuals and businesses in Cyprus and abroad.
Today, we provide a broad range of personal and business insurance solutions, including Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers Liability, Cyber Insurance, property and liability insurance, employee benefits, and Group Medical and Life Insurance. We have also continued to invest in technology and digital customer service through our mobile application, online services and travel insurance platform.

During his anniversary speech, Andreas Hadjisofocleous reflected on the values that have guided HJS Insurance since its establishment:
