Professional Indemnity Insurance for Architects and Civil Engineers

Professional Indemnity Insurance became mandatory for Architects and Civil Engineers and is required by ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber) from 2020.

What is covered

  • Claims which the insured may become liable to pay for breach of duty by reason of any negligent act, error or omission committed or alleged to have been committed during the policy period.

  • Defense costs

Premium

  • Starting from 322 EUR/Year (Including Policy Fees)

Limits of Insurance

  • €300.000 per each claim​

  • €300.000 per aggregate limit/period of insurance
