*Car insurance premiums are calculated based on several parameters such as Driver’s Age, Driving Experience, Number of Claims, Type of Car, Value of Car, City etc. Therefore, insurance premiums vary between person to person and between insurance companies. Special discount can be given to drivers who can provide satisfactory claim history and accepted by the insurance company.

*Insurance companies have the right to decline the risk or discount based on their underwriting criteria. Some of the insurers we collaborate with accept Russian driving licences and no-claim history letters in Russian Language, therefore we can negotiate better prices for you.

According to the Law on Insurance and Reinsurance Services and Other Related Matters of 2016 (Law 38(I)/2016), which aligns with EU directives to promote competition and protection of consumer rights, consumers have the freedom to choose their insurance provider.

5. Individual/Family Medical Insurance

• We have arranged with CypriaLife upon termination of your employment with your company to continue your medical insurance cover with an individual/family medical insurance policy, without waiting periods*, if requested by you within one month from termination.

*Waiting Periods: In medical insurance, a **waiting period** is the time you must wait before certain benefits of your policy become accessible. During this period, you cannot claim coverage for specific treatments or conditions.

For example, a usual waiting period for maternity benefit can be up to 15 months from the date of issuance of a medical insurance policy. A usual waiting period for inhospital treatment due to illness is 30 days from the issuance of policy. These waiting periods will not apply if you continue your cover with us.

• Terms: Only one Member per family can claim this offer. The cashback will be released if the policy is active for a minimum of three months with our company. The cashback is not recurring. An IBAN Certificate of a local/EU bank must be provided for the cashback.
